At LMR Kart Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new outfit isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your LMR Kart account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
